Privacy Policy

Macardac is a small studio. We collect the least information we can, keep it carefully, and never sell it. This page explains how, in plain language.

  1. 01.Information we collect

    We collect the information you provide when you place an order or write to us — your name, email, shipping address, and the contents of any messages you send. We also receive basic, anonymous analytics from your browser (device type, pages viewed, time on site) to help us improve the experience.

  2. 02.How we use information

    We use your information to fulfil orders, respond to questions, send the occasional newsletter you've subscribed to, and to keep our small business running. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, ever.

  3. 03.Cookies & analytics

    We use a minimal set of cookies to remember your cart between visits, and privacy-respecting analytics to measure traffic. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party retargeting pixels.

  4. 04.Third parties

    We share information only with the providers we need to deliver your order — for example, our shipping partner and the payment provider we coordinate with offline. Each is bound by their own confidentiality obligations.

  5. 05.Data retention

    We keep order records for as long as required by law (typically seven years for tax purposes) and newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete any information that's not legally required at any time.

  6. 06.Your rights

    You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Write to macardac@gmail.com and we will respond within thirty days.

  7. 07.Security

    We store data on encrypted servers and limit access to the small team that needs it to do their work. We don't store payment card details on this site — payment is arranged separately by our sales team.

  8. 08.Changes to this policy

    If we update this policy in any material way, we'll note the change at the top of this page and, where appropriate, send a short note by email.
